Cancellation Policy

  1. Client cancellations are automatically sent to both the tech and salon with reason recorded — salon can immediately relist the spot
  2. Tech cancellations: tech cancels directly on platform — salon is notified immediately
  3. Cancel under 4 hours notice: 1st time no penalty (recorded), 2nd time warning, 3rd time credit score deducted, 4th time and beyond suspended 3 days
  4. No-show: 1st time warning recorded, 2nd time suspended 3 days, 3rd time suspended 1 week, 4th time and beyond case reviewed by Deluge Beautee
  5. Clean record resets automatically after 3 months of no violations

House Rules

These are default platform rules. Salon owners may add their own additional rules when listing their space.

  1. All professionals must hold a valid license for the services they offer
  2. Arrive no more than 30 minutes before your booking for setup
  3. Vacate promptly after your last client — each salon sets their own cutoff time in their listing
  4. Clean your station completely after every client — leave it exactly as you found it
  5. Do not bring unauthorized guests into the salon
  6. Client contact information is private — never share with salon staff or any other party
  7. Payment is processed automatically through the platform — no cash exchanges between tech and salon
  8. Handle all equipment with care — you are responsible for any damage caused
  9. Follow all health and sanitation standards required by your state law
  10. Violations are tracked on your platform profile and may affect your booking privileges
