Deluge Beautee LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a beauty platform connecting independent beauty professionals with clients and salon spaces. We operate at delugebeautee.com and related subdomains, including our sub-platforms Deluge Collective (artist bookings) and Deluge Spaces (station rentals).

From clients:

• Name, phone number, email
• Booking history and service preferences
• Referral codes used

From artists/professionals:

• Name, phone number, email
• License number, license type, issuing state, expiration date
• License photo upload
• Service type, location preferences, service radius
• Booking and earnings history

From salon owners (Deluge Spaces):

• Name, salon name, phone number, email
• Station types and availability

• To connect clients with beauty professionals
• To verify artist licenses and maintain platform standards
• To process bookings and payments
• To send appointment confirmations and reminders via SMS
• To manage referral credits and rewards
• To notify artists of license expiration
• To improve our platform and services

We use third-party payment processors to handle all financial transactions on the Deluge Beautee platform. When you make or receive a payment, the following applies:

Deluge Collective (Artist Bookings):

• Client deposits are processed through our platform payment system
• A platform commission of 15% (capped at $35/month for solo artists) is deducted from artist earnings
• Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers

Deluge Spaces (Station Rentals):

• A platform fee of 3% is charged to the Artist per booking
• A platform fee of 3% is charged to the Salon Host on their rental earnings
• Supply tier rental rates are processed separately from platform fees

We collect only the payment data necessary to facilitate transactions, issue payouts, and generate tax documents (Form 1099-NEC). We do not store full credit card numbers. All payment processing is PCI-compliant through our third-party processors.

Your personal information is never sold to third parties.

We share data only with trusted service providers needed to operate our platform — including SMS providers, payment processors, and AI service providers (including Anthropic). These providers access only what is needed for their specific function.

Artist license information is used solely for verification purposes and is not shared publicly.

By submitting any form on our platform and checking the consent checkbox, you opt in to receive SMS messages from Deluge Beautee LLC including booking confirmations, reminders, license expiration notices, and referral updates.

Email communications include:

• Booking confirmations and receipts
• Account and payout notifications
• Platform updates and policy changes
• Marketing emails (with opt-out in every message)

Artist license information uploaded to our platform is:

• Used only for verification and compliance purposes
• Never shared publicly or sold
• Retained for as long as the artist maintains an active profile
• Deleted upon written request after account closure

We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our platform and to improve our services. This may include:

• Pages visited, time spent on site, and navigation patterns
• Device type, browser, and operating system
• General geographic location (city/region level)
• Referral sources (how you found our site)

Cookies we use:

• Essential cookies: required for site functionality, login sessions, and payment processing
• Analytics cookies: help us understand usage patterns and improve the platform
